We only offer shipping within the US at this time.
ALL HOLIDAY ORDERS SHOULD BE PLCED BY THE 5th OF DECEMBER FOR BEST CHANCE OF ARRIVAL BEFORE CHRISTMAS!
All orders are shipped through USPS.
You will be notified when your order has been accepted and shipped!
Although I try my best to get all orders out quickly, processing time may take up to three weeks.
Once your package has been turned over to USPS for shipping, I cannot control how fast your order arrives.
REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase or your purchased items are damaged within 30 days of your shipping date (excluding split rings and clasps), you may contact me at properpettags@gmail.com with a photo of your damaged item(s) and a copy of your receipt. Refunds or replacements may then be applied. *Please note we are not responsible for water damage*
If you cannot provide photos of your purchased items and a copy of your receipt, refunds/replacements may then be denied.
